Luxury has found a new home – it’s at 3 Arthur Wint Drive where the sleek, new Jaguar Land Rover dealership is located.

An outstanding building with Jaguar Land Rover power and strength at its core, the showroom boasts a design that is sleek, timeless and contemporary. It spans 77,895 square feet across five storeys, with the Jaguar Land Rover showrooms occupying the first two floors.

The remaining three floors are earmarked for BPO (business process outsourcing) opportunities.

The state-of-the-art US$17 million dealership, which brings Jaguar and Land Rover under one roof, is custom built to Jaguar Land Rover standards, and is the first and only one of its kind in the Caribbean.

In his speech, Duncan Stewart, director of Stewart’s Automotive Group, said, “This year, we celebrate our 82nd anniversary in the motor vehicle industry and we are proud to continue the legacy that my grandfather, Lionel Stewart, started and that my parents continued. This legacy has been built on hard work, determination, and investing when other people wouldn’t. It has been built on service. Service to our customers, to our staff and to our country.”

He continued, “While technologies are changing, the core ingredients of Jaguar Land Rover remain the same: responsible business practices, cutting-edge innovation and outstanding products that offer customers a compelling combination of the best British design and engineering integrity.”

He was also quick to emphasise the investment in Jamaica and the impact it had on many persons. “We’ve always been passionate about Jamaica and our US$17m investment in this project is testament to this. In addition to employing over 540 Jamaicans across the group, we are proud to have worked with a spectacular team of local designers, contractors and support teams to deliver this amazing facility that we’re all standing in this evening.”

During the official grand opening ceremony, the new Jaguar Land Rover dealership was dedicated to the late Richard Stewart and is officially named The Richard Stewart Executive Tower and Stewart Auto Gallery.
