JN Offers Suite of Automobile Services

In a bid to act as a one-stop shop and provide convenience for consumers, several businesses are now offering a suite of related services which can be accessed in one place. One such company is The Jamaica National Group, which has been offering a wide range of automobile services.

Saniah Spencer, group marketing executive at The Jamaica National Group, says some ways in which businesses can retain customers is by demonstrating exemplary customer service and being able to supply most, if not all, clients’ related needs.

“The Jamaica National Group, through our member companies, provides a wide range of offerings, including auto-related services, such as: driving lessons, roadside assistance and fleet management services, through the Jamaica Automobile Association (JAA); auto loans through JN Bank; and auto insurance from JN General Insurance (JNGI),” she outlined.

Spencer added that, although some member companies are at different locations, customers who are interested in a service from one of these entities are able to access additional services provided by the other JN Group member companies.

“An offering such as ours eases the burden on our customers to have to move from place to place to conduct auto-related business. With regard to vehicle ownership, especially for first-time owners, we are there from the beginning, as we prepare persons for the road through our detailed driving lessons,” Spencer outlined.

She said that the JAA also provides chauffeur, white glove and replacement driver services, as well as airport transfers.

“When they are ready to purchase a vehicle, we are also there to assist them with the process. With our new benefit-packed auto loan, we offer up to 100 per cent financing on new and used motor vehicles, with up to ten years to repay, plus affordable monthly instalment payments,” she informed.

The banking executive further pointed out that the auto loan offer also includes the auto loan financing from JN Bank, with auto insurance coverage from JNGI, into one low monthly payment.

“To add to our benefits, if you receive a lower auto insurance quotation from another company, we will match that cost,” she confirmed. “Additionally, JN members will receive 25 per cent discount off JNGI’s motor insurance and free document renewal service; plus road assistance from the JAA,” she explained.
