Exercise is an important part of your life. How far do yo run? (How much running do you do?)

Out at Palisadoes, where they put in the track for people to exercise, I finish that and come back. I don't know how much time I take. Mi not even think about the running, mi just bounce along.

What kind of music we may be surprised to know you listen to?

I listen to a lot of old-school R & B, like Earth, Wind and Fire (one of their well-known songs is Reasons). Whe day some brethren put me on to some Alkaline. You have to listen to all kind of music. I listen to everything ... Vybz Kartel.

Are you into gardening?

(He laughs) I raise the legal amount of hemp plant. I love it. Every morning, I wake up, I look after it.

How are your cooking skills?

I hardly cook. This morning (Thursday) I do some steam fish and rice and peas for some brethren, but I don't eat any. When I done cook, my belly full.

You are known as a singer. Is there another part of your life that you are passionate about?

I am a football fanatic. Mi passionate, just play it. Ronaldinho from long time is my favourite player, the best of all time. My current favourite is Cristiano Ronaldo.
