The Turning | A mysterious estate with dark secrets

The Turning takes us to a mysterious estate in the Maine countryside, where newly appointed nanny Kate is charged with the care of two disturbed orphans, Flora and Miles. Quickly, though, she discovers that both the children and the house are harbouring dark secrets and things may not be as they appear.

The Turning is a supernatural horror directed by Floria Sigismondi and written by Carey and Chad Hayes. It is a modern adaptation of the 1898 ghost story The Turn of the Screw by Henry James. It stars Mackenzie Davis, Finn Wolfhard, Brooklynn Prince, and Joely Richardson. Steven Spielberg serves as an executive producer.
