The renowned international Hard Rock Cafe has made landfall on our green shores, pledging to pique palates with pleasures to savour.

What was once Seawind Beach Club in Montego Bay is now Hard Rock Cafe, and after officially opening their doors on Christmas Eve of last year, they are ready to go even harder with flavour.

Chief operating officer of the Rockin' Restaurant Group Limited, Andre Dixon, shared with Food that because Hard Rock Cafe is a new entity, they wanted to give as many people as possible a taste of the type of food they have to offer, so they signed up for the Restaurant Week experience.

Their original legendary burger, topped with smoked bacon, cheddar cheese and golden fried onion rings, crisp lettuce and vine-ripened tomato packs an insatiable punch. Their large, flavourful shrimp cooked and simmered in a sea of curry sauce with bell peppers, onion, thyme and coconut milk, served with rice and peas and a side of steamed vegetables is a gastronomic delight!

Aside from their sumptuous menu, what makes Hard Rock Cafe stand out is the wide array of ambience to choose from. You can dine in the spacious, sophisticated yet chic decor indoors, book a private booth or room to make the occasion even more special, satiate your sights on the semi-indoor patio overlooking the pool, or give in to the temptation of the guitar deck in the great outdoors with an upclose picturesque view of the sea.

So open up your taste buds to an awakening experience at Hard Rock Cafe.
