Russell's T20 Restaurant and Sports Bar in Old Harbour St Catherine, is an oasis of fine foods. The array of delectable dishes includes: braised oxtail, barbequed chicken, shrimp platter, barbequed ribs, de Russ salad, and curried goat, accompanied by rice and peas, mashed potato, plantains, festival, fries and so much more. And the cherry on top for those with a sweet tooth Rum cake topped with whipped cream, DreRuss cheesecake all washed down with a variety of cocktails.

According to Chef Lawrence Lowther it is an inspiration to work with his team to prepare dishes daily to satisfy the palate of customers who come from near and far to experience the T20-experience.

"I was trained at the Culinary Institute of America, but I have gained great experience through constantly preparing menus. I have worked at Usain Bolt's Tracks and Records and also the Spanish Court Hotel, but this is new and inspiring," Lowther revealed to Food.

Opened in May by West Indies cricketer Andre Russell, the fully air-conditioned eatery is a welcomed addition to Old Harbour.

Russell's mother, Sandra Davis, who manages the place, reveals that the restaurant's decoration was directed by her son. "I just manage this place for my son. All the decorations here were Andre's idea. He has travelled widely and the decor reflects that..I guess he got his good taste from me," Davis said.

Here is a look at what Russell's T20 Restaurant and Sports Bar has to offer.
