RW 2018 | Enchantment Awaits at Fromage Brasserie

Published:Wednesday | October 10, 2018 | 12:00 AM

Fromage Brasserie is a modern friendly themed restaurant which offers the finest dining services for just about any occasion.

For Fromage, enchanting lighting is everything. They are able to dim and light up to your likeness. So for brunch, the liveliness is brightly expressed. While in the nights, it gets nice and sophisticated through low intimate lights.

Best sellers for the quaint restaurant include their ribs and all things pork. According to Junior Marketing and Communications Coordinator Arnaldo Martin, "Jamaicans love pork and bacon goes well with everything. So, the drunken pork chops, the ribs are good. Our steak is amazing and we can't leave out pasta: it's safe to say that your pasta is the best pasta."

Their seafood trio, consisting of lobster, shrimp and scallops on a bed of scallop potatoes with a mornay sauce is heaven on earth. This dish, which was specifically chosen for Restaurant Week, best represents their restaurant, sticking with simplicity while dishing out diversity and finesse in flavour.

The star of our show for Fromage is Owner Lisa Chin and here's why, "She's the brain behind the operation. Her outlook on food is so unique that we have a saying, 'We do it the Lisa way.' For some reason, anything her hands touch is perfection - she's amazing like that," Martin expressed.

So consider Fromage Brasserie for this upcoming food season.
