RW 2018 | Chive Eatery officially open for business

Chive Eatery will open its doors officially to the public to coincide with the start of Restaurant Week on November 9. Chive is located in the heart of Liguanea and offers a great indoor and outdoor atmosphere, perfect for lunch, dinner or for relaxing with a good glass of wine. The dishes offered may be familiar to some, but offer a bold twist with exciting flavours and a hint of sophistication.

Their two 'must try' dishes include Pork Buns, which consists of crispy glazed pork, belly stuffed in steamed bao buns with hoisin sauce, ginger and pickled cucumbers. This dish was chosen because every pork lover needs to experience pork buns with all of its 'melt in your mouth' flavours and textures with pork prepared in this way.

Their second 'must try' meal, is the Citrus Ginger Spiced Snapper. This is snapper pan-fried in a scotch bonnet brown butter accompanied with a citrus salsa served with aromatic sweet potato rice. This dish is a perfect medley of local flavours prepared a bit differently, that will be sure to excite.

Chive is the newest addition to the restaurant scene in Kingston and is all geared up with the 'right formula' to wow.
