A quaint atmosphere with the sweet scent of spices dancing in the inviting air. Currying flavour with culinary charm for this Restaurant Week and beyond is Mystic Thai Restaurant. Opening its doors just two and a half years ago, this is the third time the restaurant is participating in the food filled event, remaining true and tasty to the intent of declaring a state of decadence on each and every dished indulgence.

"Restaurant Week is a great way to showcase our art. Chefs can demonstrate their creativity and please customers' palate as a result. Customers come out for the first time or return just for the occasion and we are happy to welcome them," Restaurant Manager, Subodh Nawani told Food in a recent interview.

Specialising in Thai curries, the expert chefs prepare specific dishes to your liking, providing a wide variety of healthy options just for you. The lobster tail, batter fried with basil butter sauce and served with brown rice, vegetables or quinoa available for RW is new to the restaurant's menu, courtesy of the chefs who came up with the texture and the flavour. It was later put to the test at a tasting, and those who tried it, loved it. It will be sure to sing savoury melodies to your palate.

Chef Kamal Singh, the master of wok is credited as being the star of Mystic Thai's gastronomic show. "In order for a restaurant to be successful, it has to have a good chef. And Chef Singh knows how to mix in the flavours, capture the ideal textures in the greatest timing."

This one-of-a-kind dining experience can only be found in the city Montego Bay. So don't wait: book your reservations for RW today.
