Sure, a cold beer usually suffices, and, of course, your regular rum and coke isn’t half-bad, but how about some refreshing cocktails that are simple to make and affords you the opportunity to show off your bartending skills? Gossett Brown, bar supervisor at RockHouse Hotel, was recognised as the 2018 Bartender of the Year, and he had no problem sharing a few summery cocktail recipes with us. We did the hard work, and now all your crew has to do is choose the resident bartender and have some fun.
