Dine in and take out at Knife and Fork
Knife and Fork Restaurant Bar and Grill happens to be the name of a four-year-old eatery in Spanish Town that serves up scrumptious curried beef, ginger-roasted chicken, escovitch fish and ginger-roasted pork accompanied by Italian rice and peas.
Located right in the heart of the old Capital, the affordable dishes make this delightful short trod very rewarding for scores of people who depend on ‘Knife and Fork’ to feed them on a daily basis. “We pride ourselves on fresh food, we also have a dish of the day seven times weekly. We are open from 8 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily, to include public holidays,” proprietor Valerie Whyte said.
Long waiting lines? Not an issue here. For the daily operations, Whyte employs a cadre of eight people that work daily to prepare the fresh, tasty and nutritious meals.
“We aim to please our customers, therefore, we prepare whatever a customer may require. We do dishes to suit those we serve and build our business in the same breath,” she said.
When asked about their Knife and Fork experience, many echoed the notion that the food is affordable and consistent in both quality and quantity. The atmosphere is always clean and airy, and you’re invited to join in on this rustic yet gastronomic experience.
