Pizzaland, the authentic Italian pizza restaurant, which has been a mainstay of the city’s burgeoning restaurant scene since it opened its doors on October 4, 2016, has been sold and is now under new management.

The previous owners were an Italian couple who wanted to make an impression in the community by providing great Italian cuisine to their customers. With the foundations, they decided to move on and put their restaurant on the market.

New owner Crage Bromfield recognised the potential of the venture and moved swiftly to acquire the restaurant.

“I was eager to enter the Jamaican restaurant market and was in the midst of identifying prospects, when I became aware of the opportunity to purchase Pizzaland. I had no hesitation when it came to the acquisition of the restaurant as the foundation is strong and once my vision comes into effect, I believe the ceiling for the brand is quite high,” said Bromfield.

Big Plans

He continued by sharing, “I already have plans in mind with the aim of taking Pizzaland to new heights, but rest assured that while some changes are on the way, we will never deviate from the restaurant’s identity; which is to serve good-quality food and provide an authentic Italian eating experience for the whole family.”

Amazing Options

Pizzaland will continue to serve Liguanea and its surrounding areas with a plethora of mouth-watering pizzas, exquisite pastas, delicious sandwiches, speciality dishes and more, under the management of Karo Cummings. This menu has been devised to appeal to those who crave traditionally Italian delicacies. So it’s safe to say that the new and improved Pizzaland is the ideal place to indulge in all of your favorite Italian dishes.

“In regard to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will adhere to the necessary protocols and will do our utmost to ensure that we serve our customers in a clean and sanitised environment. Social-distance guidelines will be followed at the premises. In addition to dining, delivery and collection options will also be made available to customers,” Bromfield added.
