The Delect Ginger Apple Sangria!

Introducing The Delect Ginger Apple Sangria – a wine lover’s dream! It includes all the best notes of this time of year plus the balanced flavours of the Castillo de Liria Viura Sauvignon Blanc that leaves a trail of apples, pears and notes of citrus.

A sangria is a great option for entertaining groups as it’s cool and refreshing, and will have guests coming back for more.

THE DELECT GINGER APPLE SANGRIA

INGREDIENTS

4 oz Delect Ginger Beer Concentrate

1 cup sparkling water

1 bottle Castillo de Liria Viura Sauvignon Blanc

1 ½ cups apple cider

½ cup bourbon

4 cinnamon sticks

Juice of one orange

Suggested fruits and garnish: apples, pears, oranges and cinnamon sticks

DIRECTIONS

1. Prepare Delect Ginger Beer Concentrate.

2. In a pitcher, add all of the ingredients, including the ginger beer mix. Stir until all the ingredients are well incorporated. Let sit in the fridge for at least an hour to overnight. This allows for the ingredients to meld together and the cinnamon sticks to impart their flavour.

3. Sweeten to your desired taste.

4. Pour sangria into each glass about ¾ full, top with sparkling water and garnish with fruits.

5. Serve and enjoy!
