JMMB Group Haughton Terrace team created a relaxing atmosphere to fête its clients for a Sunday brunch, in the garden-like setting created at AC Hotel Kingston. Clients were welcomed with mimosas and settled in for delicious feast consisting of a mix of mouth-watering Jamaican favourites including: curried goat, ackee and salt fish, steamed callaloo, mackerel rundown, barbecued chicken thighs and pineapple lychee glazed ham served with a choice of rice and peas, ground provisions, fried dumplings, macaroni and cheese, and potato salad. This was complemented by an assortment of pancakes and salt fish fritters alongside fruits, vegetables, anchovies, gourmet meat cuts and carrot cake. Entertainment was provided by Leroy Newell, saxophonist, who took the attendees on a musical journey during his set.
