Fit 4 Life | Quick and healthy Pumpkin Smoothie
Eating healthy does not have to be boring or time-consuming. The Gleaner's Fit 4 Life dropped by Life Fit Training Centre's Juicy juice bar on Red Hills Road, St Andrew to see if our smoothies could stand up to Olympian Juliet Cuthbert-Flynn's standards.
This week, we bring you the first of those recipes - a delicious pumpkin smoothie. This pumpkin smoothie is the perfect way to replace heavy carbs and processed foods with a more wholesome meal.

Pumpkin Smoothie
1 cup Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Milk
1/2 cup Foska Oats
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup (Greek) yogurt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Splash vanilla
1 frozen banana
Combine ingredients in a blender and blend. Serves two.
