Fitness guru Stokely Rose and the TrainFit team were determined to test if Fit 4 Lifers were Tuff Enuff on Saturday morning, at week five of Season Two of The Gleaner's health and fitness initiative.

The early-morning circuit boot camp featured: cardio blast with Oneil Randall from Fit Rev; rope exercises; dumb-bell body sculpt with Chilli from In Motion Gym; sledgehammer and tyre training with the TrainFit team; and back-to-basics playstation.

Cool down led straight into the three challenges - stick, hopscotch and sledgehammer tyre pull.

Challenge winners earned prizes such as gift baskets from sponsor Chas E. Ramson; gift baskets from GraceKennedy; one month membership with the TrainFit Club; one month membership at Life Fit Training Centre; Fit 4 Life gift bags, T-shirts and water bottles.

Everyone enjoyed power shake made with Foska Oats and Blue Diamond Almond Milk, as well as delicious samplings from GraceKennedy's Caribbean Choice.

Sponsor Medical Associates was also on hand to give free medical checks.
