Fit 4 Life | Fittest of the fit ruled at GC Foster
The tough Fit in 5 challenges were the highlight of Saturday’s Fit 4 Life event, hosted by Jamaica Moves at the GC Foster College in Spanish Town.
It was indeed a test of the fittest of the fit, as challengers dug deep to prove their fitness level.
In the end, Samantha McPherson was the first to cross the finish line in the 40-metre sprint; Neville Graham proved age is just a number when he topped the plank challenge; serial winner Ahon Gray was the squat king; Sashell Hinds had the stamina to win the happy feet challenge; and it was a tie in the WATA challenge with Jodi Lyseight and Annmarie Lopez.
The winners took home prizes courtesy of Jamaica Moves and Fit 4 Life.
