Among the items on the United States Department of Agriculture/Animal and Plant Health Services pre-clearance list are crops, fruits, vegetables, and even cut flowers, some of which are usually considered export crops. These include guinep, bitter melon, Chinese melon, cho-cho, string beans, pointed gourd, eggplant, and herbs such as Rosemary, dill, and coriander.

Add to that, in the cutflower category, leather leaf fern, croton leaves, red ginger, and Bird of Paradise.

Cassava, yam and dasheen are among the tubers also on the list.
