Parks closed amid COVID-19

The Ministry of Industry, Commerce, Agriculture and Fisheries has advised that public gardens under its control will be closed with immediate effect, in light of the spread of the coronavirus.

These are Castleton Botanical Gardens in St Mary, Cinchona Botanical Gardens in St Andrew, Bath Botanical in St Thomas, Hope Botanical Gardens as well as Hope Zoo.

The closures are in accordance with the restriction placed on public gatherings of more than 20 people.
