Thank you, Carol Moreland of Caribbean Airlines

I publicly thank Carol Moreland of Caribbean Airlines for her assistance on August 6, 2019.
My niece, who has been living in Trinidad for the past 14 years, returned to Jamaica to spend time with family for one month. On August 6, she received the sad news of the passing of her husband in Trinidad. She was scheduled to return to Trinidad on August 30. As such, this unexpected event would require a change to her flight.
In going through the established channel of contacting Caribbean Airlines Ticketing, we were met with the response, “No flight available until August 15.” Considering the situation, a request was made to speak with the supervisor, who, we were told, was unavailable at the time.
A further request was made to speak with the manager, and we were blessed to be connected to Ms Moreland, who listened to our plight and gave her promise to do whatever was possible for my niece to be on the flight of the day. Ms Moreland did what she had to do and we are forever grateful to her, as my niece and her two daughters were on the flight to Trinidad the same day.
Thank you, Ms Moreland, for showing empathy and for shining a light on a dark day.
