HAJ regrets title delay
THE EDITOR, Sir:
The Housing Agency of Jamaica (HAJ) has noted that our valued customer, Veronica Grant of Lot 5E-469, Greater Portmore (a/c 74-570469), has reported that she has been waiting an inordinately lengthy time to receive her title from the agency. We have confirmed that Ms Grant has indeed been due to have her title delivered, and the HAJ wishes to sincerely apologise for this long delay.
The HAJ has responded by taking immediate steps to rectify this situation. We are pleased to report that her title is ready and Ms Grant can now collect it from our offices at 13 Caledonia Avenue.
We are aware that there are other customers who are experiencing similar delays. However, the agency is making every effort to have these titles ready in the next two to three months.
Again, we apologise for the time this process has taken, as we recommit ourselves to serving our customers.
