Harsher stance needed on crime

THE EDITOR, Madam:

The Government needs to take a harsher stance on crime and murder and the illegal parties that are happening in Jamaica. And they need to start with the police who are operating parties in breach of the COVID-19 protocols. Those cops need to be punished and be made an example of to the other police officers who may be thinking of doing the same.

In regard to crime and murders, the Government needs to seek out those women who are harbouring all of those gunmen and murderers, including contract killers, and take whatever action that needs to be taken, as they are not all innocent. As a woman, you need to know where your man is employed, etc. How can you, as a woman, don’t know where the man is getting the money to buy whatever he is bringing home to you?
