Fix the dark, pothole-riddled road

THE EDITOR, Madam:

I can only speak to the portion of Spanish Town Road that I have to traverse, which is either by the way of Washington Gardens to Three Miles in the mornings and back most evenings.

This stretch of road is sinking in places, as there are huge craters on sections of the road. The road is also not well-lit and, as such, the medians that separate the road are almost invisible! I have had the bad luck of a motorist ‘bad driving’ me one morning and ended up driving over the median. It was a horrible feeling!

If they don’t intend to fix the potholes or unevenness of the road, then at least paint the medians.
