Businessman killed in Featherbed Lane, Spanish Town

Rasbert Turner, Gleaner Writer The police are still trying to determine the motive behind the killing of a businessman on Featherbed Lane in Spanish Town, St Catherine yesterday. He has been identified as 39-year-old Xiang Qui, operator of DL Wholesale and Meats situated at 71 Featherbed Lane. The police report that they were alerted by a passerby who stumbled upon Qui's body about 6:00 a.m. The businessman's body was found face down in blood. Investigators say the victim sustained a blow to the head. There were no signs of forced entry to the business place.
