Gregory Chung, president of the Jamaica Gasolene Retailers Association (JGRA), presents a scholarship cheque to Tahlia Prehay during an awards ceremony held last Wednesday. The JGRA Scholarship Award, instituted in 1983, is made to the child of a service station attendant who has worked in the petrol retail industry for at least five years. It is intended to support full-time study at the secondary level. The scholarship was renamed JGRA/L.G. Brown Scholarship in 2006 in honour of the late past president, Lloyd G. Brown.
