Tremor felt in northwestern Jamaica

The Earthquake Unit at the University of the West Indies (UWI), Mona is reporting that a tremor was recorded in the north western section of the island this morning.

The tremor occurred about 3:41 a.m. and had a magnitude of 3.7.

The epicentre was found 33 kilometres north of Falmouth with a focal depth of 15 kilometres.

There were no reports of damage.
