Fatal crash in Clarendon

The police are reporting that 30-year-old Shaun Shand of Scott's district, Milk River, Clarendon died from injuries he sustained in a motor vehicle collision on the Scott’s main road in the parish on Tuesday.

It is reported that about 5:30 a.m. Shand who was driving a black Ramco motorcycle allegedly lost control of the bike and collided in the rear of a Toyota Hiace mini bus that was travelling in the same direction.

The police say Shand was thrown from his motorcycle and received multiple injuries.

He was transported to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
