Appointments to the Judiciary

Five senior parish court judges who have been acting on the Supreme Court Bench have been appointed Supreme Court Judges.

They are Yvonne Brown, Andrea Pettigrew Collins, Calys Wiltshire, Simone Wolfe Reece and Annmarie Nembhard.

The appointments become effective on April 24 and they will be sworn in by the Governor-General at King's House on April 23.

Supreme Court Judge David Fraser has been appointed to act on the Court of Appeal Bench while parish judge Tricia Hutchinson has been appointed to act as a Supreme Court Judge.

Natalie Hart-Hines who has been acting as Master in Chambers at the Supreme Court has been appointed to the post effective April 24.
