Eva Lewis (left), Citi bank’s country officer, and Ruth Malcolm, executive administrative officer, display the bank’s symbolic $1.5m cheque that they presented to Paul Cole, chairman, finance and administration committee – United Way Jamaica (UWJ), and Taneshia Stoney Dryden, CEO, UWJ at Citi’s head office on July 30. The fund will go towards the UWJ’s Farmer’s Rehabilitation Fund to support farmers in the regions most affected by Hurricane Beryl, helping them rebuild their source of income and restore agricultural productivity.
