Jamaica Freight & Shipping introduces new Cosco Shipping service to Jamaica

JAMAICAN IMPORTERS and exporters have a new service to take their cargo in and out of the country, thanks to Cosco Shipping Container Lines through their local representative Jamaica Freight & Shipping Company Limited. Service calls are being made weekly from the port of Kingston to New Orleans, USA, and various ports in Brazil; while import solutions are now being offered from New Orleans and Houston, USA.

On March 1, 2020 the M/V Northern Delegation made its first call to Kingston as a Cosco Shipping vessel. Captain Emil Kirilov Petkov was welcomed by Jamaica Freight & Shipping representatives Anna Hamilton and Andrew Swaby, who presented him with a plaque commemorating the event.
