We end the week on a high with highlights from the opening of the first medical marijuana dispensary in Jamaica and the English-speaking Caribbean. Located in Drax Hall, St Ann, the facility boasts Kaya Farms' sister companies Kaya Herbhouse, Kaya Spa, Kaya Cafe and Kaya Tours with a wide variety of services, including the sale of marijuana for medicinal and therapeutic purposes.
