The Friends of Bustamante Hospital for Children held the launch of their Alice in Wonderland Charity Event on Tuesday at Millsborough Crescent. Under the patronage of Her Excellency, the Most Honourable Lady Allen, the group hopes to raise $8 million to build a vandal-resistant restroom, shower and diaper-changing area at the Bustamante Hospital for Children. Alice in Wonderland is just one of the many ways the Friends of Bustamante hope to continue their unending support to the hospital since its inception in 1963.
