We have to ask ourselves how did the construction industry get so out-of-control with developers getting approval for one set of specs but providing something else? Seems we have to look to the regulatory agencies for the answers for they are the ones who allowed the rules to be bent. Of course, there are persistent rumours of how much it costs to get a breach erased for good. Just like the commuting systems have overwhelmed us so too will this construction industry.

Another establishment company is being threatened by sibling rivalry. The kind of thing that happens when a larger-than-life personality does not want to let go and keeps everything closed. The result may not be pretty for all concerned.
