ATHLETICS: VCB wins 200m in Beijing

Double Olympic champion Veronica Campbell Brown was Jamaica's lone winner at the IAAF World Challenge meet in Beijing China today.

Campbell Brown clocked  22.69 to win the women's 200 meters.

American Kaylin Whitney finished second in 23.06 seconds while Shillonie Calvert was third 23.12 seconds. 

Aleen Bailey was last in 23.98 seconds. 

Calvert also took third spot in the women's 100 metres in 11.42 seconds.

Michelle Lee-Ayhe from Trinidad and Tobago won in 11.05 seconds.

Bailey was finished 9th in 11.67 seconds.

Andrew Riley finished sixth in the men' 110 metres hurdles with a 13.68 clocking.

American David Oliver won the event in 13.15 seconds.
