Spectrum Sports Clays on at Knolford Ranch
Top Class A to E juniors/sub juniors, ladies and hunter class shooters will be locked in an exciting battle for honours at the Spectrum Sporting Clays, which takes centre stage at the Knolford Polo Ranch, located in Riversdale in St Catherine, today.
The day's proceedings will commence with an 8:30 to 10 a.m. registration, while the eagerly anticipated shotgun start will happen at 10:30 a.m.
The event is named after title sponsors Spectrum Systems Limited, and will see prizes being awarded to the winners in the various categories.
The entry fee will be $1,000 for all categories of shooters except ladies and juniors.
Jamaica Skeet Club president, Khaleel Azan, believes today's shoot will provide fun and excitement and a family atmosphere for shooters, guests and spectators alike.
COMPETITIVE COURSE
He expects to see more than 120 shooters and has predicted that there will be good competition, friendly and intense rivalries on what is a competitive course.
Lunch will be on sale at the venue. Today's event is being sponsored by Spectrum Systems Limited, Rum-Bar Rum, WATA, Kingston Industrial Garage with its brands Subaru, Jeep and Ford.
