Gaynstead High's netball teams have sent out early warnings to their rivals in the ISSA urban area schoolgirls netball competition after impressive wins in their opening junior and senior matches.

Led by the experienced duo of goalshooter Britany Logan and goalattack Kelsey Jonas, Gaynstead who lost in the senior finals to Excelsior last year were out of the blocks very fast. They had a big 20-2 lead after the first quarter before ending the half 38-3. It was the same for the remainder of the game as they led 59-4 after the third quarter before closing out their big win .

Other Under-16 scores: Campion 26 Clan Carthy 6; Vauxhall 16 Penwood 12 and Merl Grove 20 Greater Portmore 11.
