The Kingston and St Andrew Football Association (KSAFA) will be hosting a rescheduled Annual General Meeting ( AGM) today at Jamaica College starting at 8:30 a.m.

The meeting, which was originally set for last August, was postponed because of the coronavirus pandemic.

According to KSAFA president, Wayne Shaw, not much is on the agenda for discussion, as most football related activities have been ceased because of the pandemic.

However, he said they will examine the effect the pandemic has had on football in the confederation and try to finds ways to forge ahead despite the health crisis.

“This was the AGM for 2019/2020. It was supposed to take place in August of last year and we put it off. It wasn’t held because COVID-19 came,” said Shaw.

“It will be a regular AGM but we will look at the year that has passed and look at COVID-19 and how it affect us and how we will go forward,” he said.

Shaw came to office in January 2017 and was voted in again in 2019. The next KSAFA voting AGM is schedule for 2023.
