Antonio Watson of Petersfield High School won the Class One Boys 200m title at the ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys and Girls' Athletics Championships at the National Stadium on Saturday. Watson crossed the line in 20.74 seconds. Edwin Allen High School’s Bryan Levell placed second in 20.83s while Adrian Kerr of Kingston College (KC) finished third in 21.31s.

Rusea’s High School’s Aalliyah Francis completed her double, adding the Class One 200m title to the 400m crown she won earlier, in a time of 23.85s. Bethany Bridge of Edwin Allen came second in 24.25s while Joanne Reid of St Jago High School finished third in 24.42s.

Mark Manley of Calabar High School won the Class Two final in 21.46s. Jaiden Reid of Jamaica College (JC) finished second in 21.79s. Amontae Wray of KC was third in 21.84s.

Edwin Allen’s Tina Clayton completed the sprint double with the Class Two Girls 200m title, clocking 23.45s. Alana Reid of Hydel High was second in 24.29s while Oneika McAnnuff, also of Hydel, was third in 24.57s.

KC's Nicardo Johnson won the Class Three crown in 22.91s. Malik Carridice of Vere Technical finished second in 23.21s while JC’s Omary Robinson took bronze in 23.23s.

Rusea’s Lavanya Williams added the Class Three 200m title to the 100m crown she earned on Thursday. She crossed the line in 24.50s. Jody-Ann Daley of Hydel was second in 25.02s while St Elizabeth Technical High School’s Habiba Harris was third in 25.10s.

Edwin Allen’s Theianna-Lee Terrelonge also became a double sprint champion, winning the Class Four Girls 200m title in 25.35s, adding to her Class Four 100m win. St Jago’s Poshanna-Lee Blake was second in 25.78s while Hydel's Tihanna Reid finished third in 25.80s.
