Tivoli Gardens secured their first win in this season’s Jamaica Premier League following a 1-0 victory over Molynes United at the Drax Hall Sports Complex on Sunday.

Stephen Barnett got the all important goal with a thunderous strike in the 31st minute to lift Tivoli Gardens off the foot of the 12-team table and move them up to seventh spot with six points.

It was the fifth defeat of the season for Molynes United and they now occupy the cellar position with four points.
