Kingston College (KC) and Hydel High are the leaders after three days of competition at the five-day 2023 ISSA-GraceKennedy Boys and Girls' Athletics Championships.

After 15 boys' finals KC are in front with 124 points, three ahead of main rivals Jamaica College (121). Also in the top ten are Calabar High 70, St Elizabeth Technical 41, St Jago High 32, Maggotty High 26, Edwin Allen High 24, Cornwall College 14, Herbert Morrison Technical 12 and Petersfield High 12

Hydel High are on 98 points after 16 girls' finals, one ahead of defending champions Edwin Allen High. Also in the top ten are Holmwood Technical 73.50, St Jago High 60, Immaculate Conception 44, St. Catherine High 38, Alphansus Davis High 22, Wolmer's Girls School 21, St Mary High 16, Excelsior High 16.
