Are you feeling the impact of the National Environment and Planning Agency in your parish?

Vivian James, bartender:

"Dem naw do nuttin inna Hanover. Matter of fact, mi neva see dem inna Hanover yet."

Ray Kerr, farmer:

"No, sah! I am not feeling neither NEPA, Jamaica Environment Trust, or any of the environmental agencies in Hanover. Right now we have a problem in my community, where men are using chemicals to catch crayfish and are killing off them."

Elaine Bradley, retired nurse:

"No. NEPA is useless. They are the Never Ever Protect Anything Agency. In Negril, all they do is sit in office. They don't go out into the communities, and they never know what is happening."

Leonard Sharpe, contractor:

"No. Because people are chopping down the whole of morass in Green Island and NEPA has not intervened. It look like the enforcement officer only business with the Westmoreland side.
