J. Wray & Nephew Limited, through its Appleton Estate Jamaica Rum brand, was a sponsor of the Nobu Restaurant's guest appearance at Strawberry Hill this week.

Appleton Estate provided cocktail drinks which were a hit with patrons on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights. Master blender, Joy Spence, created a special blend for Nobu's Executive Chef Sunny Oh which was presented to him by the company's managing director of global marketing, David McConnell. J. Wray & Nephew's chief operations officer, global marketing, Andrew Desnoes, also presented a bottle of Appleton Estate 21-year- old rum to executive chef Thomas Buckley.
