The Zimbabwe government has rejected calls for it to declare a state of emergency over a cholera epidemic in the country.
More than 360 people have reportedly been killed by the disease since August.
Aid agency Oxfam had earlier called for Zimbabwe\'s government to declare a national health emergency.
According to the agency, ordinary Zimbabweans are in desperate need of food, health care, clean water and proper sanitary facilities.
It says the crisis is likely to worsen significantly in December.
South African health officials are reportedly working to stop the outbreak from spreading across the border after three deaths in the border town of Musina.
