A section of the Norman Manley Boulevard in Negril Westmoreland is to be closed intermittently for a week beginning on Monday.
The NWA says the roadway, in the vicinity of Wavz Beach, will be closed between 12 and three in the mornings.
The agency says a special structure will be installed across the roadway which will reduce the clearance height for vehicles to 4.4 meters.
The NWA is also advising motorists travelling towards Orange Bay, Hanover or the Negril Round-a-bout in Westmoreland to proceed with caution during the period as installation activities are in progress at this location.
Pedestrians are also advised to proceed with due care and obey the instructions of flag persons and posted warning signs.
