Shareholders of The Gleaner Company Ltd and Radio Jamaica Limited are reminded that the extraordinary general meetings previously scheduled to be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2015, have been changed to December 30, 2015, and January 7, 2016.

Shareholders will receive by mail new notices and information for these meetings.
