President of the National Parent-Teachers' Association of Jamaica, Everton Hannam, says a number of medical protocols should be put in place before the resumption of ISSA-Flow Manning Cup matches.
The comment follows yesterday's sudden death of St George's College captain Dominic James.
Hannam says organisers of the competition should ensure the relevant medical facilities are available before each match begins.

Dominic collapsed during his team's game against Excelsior at the Stadium East field in Kingston.
The match was just four minutes old when the former Jamaica College player fell to the ground.
Dominic was reportedly rushed to the University of the West Indies by his father where he died while undergoing treatment.
His father, David James, had told the media that there was no ambulance or stretcher at the venue.
