Kanye West has been hospitalised amid cancelling the rest of his Saint Pablo Tour.
The Famous rapper is said to be receiving treatment at a Los Angeles hospital for "exhaustion" and "sleep deprivation".
A source told People magazine, "He is exhausted and currently dealing with sleep deprivation.
"He went to the hospital at will under the advice of his physician."
A Los Angeles Police Department spokesperson has also confirmed that they received calls of a disturbance on Monday afternoon (November 21). However, it was deemed a "medical emergency".
They said: "At 1.20 p.m., the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to an unspecified medical aid request in the 900 block of North Laurel Avenue.
"An adult male described as medically stable was taken to an area hospital for assessment."
The 39-year-old star's wife, Kim Kardashian West, 36, is believed to have flown back to Los Angeles to be by her husband's side and cancelled her first public appearance since she was robbed at gunpoint in Paris.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star - who has three-year-old North, and Saint, 11 months, with Kanye - was in New York with her mother Kris Jenner, and sisters Khloe and Khloe Kardashian at the 2016 Angel Ball, but didn't show up following Kanye's admission to hospital.
Jenner was questioned about her son-in-law's abrupt cancellation of his tour and confirmed that he is suffering from exhaustion.
Speaking on the red carpet, she told Entertainment Tonight: "I think he's exhausted. Just really tired. It's a gruelling tour."
The Only One hitmaker's hospitalisation comes a day after he decided to pull the plug on a series of concerts he was due to play at across North America this month and into December.
Kanye cancelled his show at The Forum in Los Angeles on Sunday, Novemnber 20, just a few hours before he was expected to go on stage.
A message on The Forum's Twitter page read: "Tonight's show has been cancelled. Refund at point of purchase" (sic)
And he also turned up over an hour and a half late to his gig on Saturday, November 19 before fleeing the stage after making a dig at Jay Z.
In a clip taken by a fan at the show, he said: "Jay Z, I know you got killas. Please don't send them at my head. If you keep following old models, your ass is going to get Hillary Clinton'd. Don't go dissing Beyonce, she's great. Taylor Swift is great. We are all great."
