So, you’ve accepted The Gleaner’s Fit 4 Life 12-Week Lifestyle/Fitness Challenge. Today is the first day of what I hope will be a life-changing, or more specifically, lifestyle-changing 12 weeks for you.
It's no easy task, kicking a habit never is, but let the benefits motivate you...the prizes might do a good job, too. So approach it as you would any serious undertaking and give all you can.
Start with a plan. You can follow either of the ones we proposed or you can find another that is just as effective. Remember, there is no one-size-fit-all fitness solution, so whatever workout plan you follow, don’t be afraid to tweak it to suit you.
Finding a partner would also be a great move. Being part of a team provides motivation and support when you need it and makes the experience more fun.
And, if that’s not enough, Fit 4 Life will be right here for you for, doing all we can to ensure you not only succeed at this 12-Week Lifestyle/Fitness Challenge, but also to help you make healthy living a habit.
