What do great herbs, a perfectly brewed cup of coffee, and rum have in common? They all go well with food, and now, you can enjoy them all in one location.
Last Saturday, Kaya Farms opened the first marijuana dispensary in Jamaica in the heart of Drax Hall, St Ann.
Along with Kaya Farms are also The Herbhouse (which houses the dispensary and smoking room), Kaya Spa, Kaya Cafe, and Kaya Tours. Kaya Cafe is the second home of Marley Coffee on the island and Rohan Marley was on hand to make his imprint, partaking in the ceremonial sipping of the house coffee with Balram Vaswani, chief ganja officer and chairman of Kaya Farms.
Whether you prefer it hot or cold, black or sweetened, Kaya has the right blend just for you. Along with great coffee comes great food, and the cafe provides a wide variety of international pastries. Want more? Try a slice of some authentic Italian pizza made by a local Italian chef at the pizzeria.
A lover of natural fruit juices? Slide right over to Viva Spirulina to have it any way you like. Viva Spirulina was made popular by Chronixx in his hit song Spirulina.
And then, of course, there is rum. Good ol' Jamaican rum.
