The Jamaica Football Federation says a player and a member of its technical staff, among its delegation in Saudi Arabia, have tested positive for COVID-19 on Thursday.
Two other players are now under investigation, however, the identities of the four individuals have not been released.
Jamaica's senior men's football team is in Saudi Arabia preparing for two international friendly matches against that nation on Saturday and Tuesday.
These cases follow news of another player in the squad testing positive for COVID-19 five days ago.
That player tested positive on Friday before the team departed the island, and received his result a day later. He was isolated in London, England before returning to Jamaica.
